Plan Like A Geek

OK, so maybe a slightly confusing title . But do you know how I came up with it? Well, my relationship.

You see, of me and my SO, I am the planner, the organised one, the list maker and diary checker, and he is a (self confessed) massive geek. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a fair bit of geek stuff with him, but he is waaayyy more into it than me. Anyway, it’s a little bit of the both of us.

Why is that even important?

Well, because it’s also the name of our Etsy Store

It’s a little bare at the moment but we are working on adding more to it over the coming weeks.

So how come I’m telling you this?

If our little creations can help someone in ANY way, then it’s been worth doing.

For me, I’ve always struggled finding a diary layout that really works for me. To be able to include everything (and not just live off post-its), I would either have multiple planners for the different things (one for appointments, one for content planning etc), or would have to use the standard notes pages for extra writing where I’d end up losing or forgetting those things anyway.  So, I’ve started designing some diary and planner type printables. Some are intended for your diary, some are for going up on the wall. But they are definitely in a layout that I personally find more useful. Content planner page

My SO loves Dungeons & Dragons. Like, really loves it! But, and I have experienced this myself, there is so much information in the multiple books it can be hard to just nail it down to basics when you first start playing. Now, I’m lucky that my SO has also been a Dungeon Master (they lead the game), so I had my verbal cheat sheet when he introduced me to it. But we both agreed that it would be massively helpful to have easier access to certain things like spell cards and building your character cheat sheets.

We haven’t quite finished the D&D printables we’ve been thinking of, but I can promise you, they will be there soon.

In the mean time though, why not check out the printables I have already done and let me know if you would find them useful 🙂

Also, if you’d like to find out more about D&D feel free to ask a few questions and we will get back to you.
